Welcome to our group project book study. As teachers seeking to enrich our instruction and teaching techniques to better meet the literacy needs of our students, we have found this book a helpful tool. The format of every chapter is illustrated with a graphic organizer overview followed by a set of learning goals and a real world vignette illustrating situations that literacy coaches and reading specialists are sure to experience. Theoretical and practical information is punctuated by thinking points and notes from each author and chapters end by revisiting vignettes and suggesting portfolio projects and recommended readings. Join us in an exploration of this resource!
